Parex Bank whistleblower John Christmas wrote this analysis of the EBRD’s 2025 audited financial report after it was released at the EBRD annual meeting held in Riga, Latvia. The ‘audited’ report itself evidences several massive frauds, however presents these frauds as if they are normal so only people with understanding of finance and accounting can see that the EBRD is a pyramid fraud and it is supporting Putin’s money launderers.
