Former Latvian government minister Gatis Eglitis made a post stating that Latvia paid the EBRD to buy a stake in Citadele Bank. He is very brave and we hope he’ll get elected back into the Saeima in the next election. This fraud (where the seller pays the buyer instead of the buyer paying the seller) protects money launderers and embezzlers from a network of Putinist banks: Parex, Citadele, Ukio, ABLV, Danske Estonia. This fraud also falsifies the accounts of Latvia and the EBRD.
