This is the Eurostat report confirming that the EBRD ‘investment’ in Citadele Bank is fake: it is secretly reversible with a ‘put option’ just like the earlier fake EBRD ‘investment’ in Parex Bank. The Parex fraud ran from 2009 to 2014 when it was reversed and partly rolled-over. The Citadele fraud started in 2010 and is still continuing in 2026.
